The place
A hot spring of one’s own, above Lake Eildon.
Rain that fell on the Victorian Alps spends millennia working down through fractured granite. Beneath this site it finds a fissure and rises. It surfaces here and nowhere else, so what stands here is what will ever stand here.

Three materials do the whole of the work.
Charred ash without, pale oiled ash within, granite in the ground. Nothing painted, nothing veneered, nothing shared. Every villa is made in the Terraform factory in Cremorne as Building Blocks and assembled on its site.
