Factory in landscape, solar array

Resource Abundance

We build solar-powered machines that make cement, steel, glass, water and fuel. Sunlight goes in. Resources come out. Nobody has to be there.

Cells

Solar industrial processes

A Cell is one industrial process, rebuilt for solar power. It connects directly to the array. It does not use a grid, fuel or an operator. It starts with the sun and stops with the sun.

Factories

Cells, assembled

A Factory is a series of Cells plus one megawatt of solar. Feedstock goes in one end. A finished resource comes out the other. To make more, add Cells and add solar.

How it works

Sunlight to structure

01

Sunlight arrives

One megawatt of solar drives the Factory directly. There is no inverter, no transformer and no grid connection.

02

Cells convert

In. Rock, sand, clay, limestone, ore, scrap, air, seawater. Out. Cement, lime, glass, brick, insulation, steel, silicon, hydrogen, fresh water and more.

03

Shell builds

The factory builds the Shells from our own materials. They arrive 99% complete. The site bolts them together.

04

Worlds open

Terraform builds and operates the developments. Shells build them. Factories on the land supply them.

Houses

Finished Shippable Building Shells

Each Shell fits in a standard 40 ft container. Bolts connect the Shells. Screw piles carry the building. Quick connectors join the services. Target: a house in one day.

Developments by Terraform

Built with our sun-to-resource machines and our building system. The Factory on the land supplies the materials. The town is the product demonstration.

The mission

Sunlight will be the cheapest energy anywhere.

Cheap energy alone changes nothing. It must become cement, steel, glass, water and fuel. Our machines do the conversion. The sun does the rest.
